About Me:
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

I have a BS degree in Psychology and minor in Family and Human Development and Dance; while raising my four children I have intermittently worked as a Social Service Worker in a variety of settings and have always assisted women and families. I would describe myself as an advocate for women's physical, spiritual, and mental health. My training has made transitioning into the birth world seamless. My greatest strength is helping women find their own answers and power within themselves.

Certified Rape and Sexual Assault Advocate 2002

I find it an honor to assist women and families and appreciate their trust in allowing me in their birth space. My desire is for expectant parents to prepare for and feel empowered in their birth experience no matter the outcome. I believe birth should be a rite of passage and the journey should be explored and cherished.

I love supporting families in doula care and childbirth education. I would love to visit with you and see if we are a good fit.

Recent Testimonial:

"Rebecca was nothing short of wonderous at our son's birth. She was empowering yet peaceful, tender yet strong, wise yet sensitive, hilarious yet reverent, attentive yet observant, . . . In short she was the most perfect escort for my new baby boy's arrival. My husband and I loved how she helped us work as a team to feel deeply the miracle of birth."
