About Me: Hi there! I’m Sara and I’ve been offering birth services for nearly five years to families across the country in all kinds of settings-hospital, high risk, multiples, home and birth centers, as well as unassisted births. A little background on me, I have a heart for serving the LGBTQ community and military families in particular. I have three children of my own and am training to be a midwife with one of our local birth centers. My approach to birth work is simple-I operate on intuition and open discussion to discover how I can best be of service. My goal is to keep this journey as sacred as possible. If I sound like I might be a good match for you don’t hesitate to reach out, I love meeting up with families or just the birthing individual to help them develop into the most empowered version of themselves!

About Me: Katrina is a firm believer that a woman’s pregnancy, labor, and birth are one of the most powerfully pivotal moments in a woman’s life. Her goal is to support, empower, provide evidence based information, and assist in making your birth journey as memorable as possible.

Katrina received her Bachelors of Science from Montana State University in 2009. With a passion for helping others Katrina fell in love with the aspect of supporting, encouraging, and helping others grow, with compassion, respect, understanding, and commitment to meet each individual where they are at. She is forever a student of life, and enjoys trainings and new experiences that will build on her strengths to help others. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, and has been teaching yoga ever since. She holds an additional certificate in aerial yoga and has many additional training hours in pre and postnatal yoga. Throughout her own personal experience with labor and the delivery of her son she experienced the monumental impact that she will forever carry. With a heart for helping, and a passion for pregnancy, birth and beyond, Katrina became a certified labor doula, a childbirth educator, and lactation educator with CAPPA in 2017. She proudly offers labor doula services, childbirth education, lactation education, placenta encapsulation, belly casting, and bereavement doula services to Utah and Salt Lake County.

Katrina encourages women to build a support system to support and help propel them into this incredible life changing experience. She looks forward to the opportunity to work with you.

About Me:
I would like to work as an adoption doula and with alternative families because my experiences as an adopted person are positive and I think I can bring a good outlook and attitude to the scene with both parties.
I am new to the doula thing, however I have been working as a CNA and Medtech for over ten years and before that as a caregiver volunteer. I am also certified in yoga, Islamic Studies with Arabic, as a health coach and previously as a phlebotomist. I am almost finished with an associates in Psychology and would like to work as a doula and psychiatric LPN one day in order to assist others. I am also a mother of a thirteen year old son.

About Me: Hello! I'm a certified birth doula through Birth Arts International (BAI), and a trained Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypno-Doula (HCHD). I love working with families of all types, and have specific expertise in working with first-time parents, those experiencing pregnancy/infant loss, and families on their journey of pregnancy after loss.

I am a believer in the power of a strong support network and ground my practice in empowering women to remain informed of their options, pursue the learning of evidence-based birth education, and—most importantly—feel supported in their journey. I have a passion for birth—particularly in witnessing women cast aside fear and trust in their bodies and instincts.

It is my pleasure to provide support to all birthing people, no matter their choice. Whether it be an unmedicated birth, epidural, or planned cesarean section, hospital birth, home birth, or birthing center—I support YOU in your choices.

I am a certified yoga instructor (200hr), trained prenatal yoga teacher, certified birth and bereavement doula through Stillbirthday, and currently studying to become a certified herbalist.

When I'm not doulaing, you can find me chasing my boys, tending to our many house plants, and practicing yoga.

About Me: Hi! I'm Dezarae Weyburn, co-owner and member of New Rhythm Doulas, LLC. I married my high school sweetheart in 2011 and started a family late the following year. I'm the mother to two fiercely independent girls that have their daddy’s eyes. I found my interest in birth while pregnant with my oldest, and it’s just grown from there. I attended my first birth as a doula in 2013, and it just reconfirmed that doula work was what I am supposed to be doing. I recently started working in a partnership, which allows me the freedom to more easily serve my clients and balance motherhood. We work with some amazing women in our community to provide the option for placenta encapsulation or prenatal massage for our clients.
I have experience serving young mothers, plus sized mothers, and mothers of premature babies. I personally experienced a NICU stay with my oldest, and my heart goes out to all mothers that have to be separated from their babies for any length of time. I have experienced postpartum depression and anxiety after both of my pregnancies and I am passionate about providing support and love for women experiencing any maternal mental health issues.
I believe in women. We are incredible, strong, and so smart. Women have the innate wisdom to birth, breastfeed, and parent. My goal as a doula is to help you tap into your "mommy gut" and make the best decisions you can for your family. I feel that my role is not to provide you with strength, but to help you use your own strength.

About Me: I first heard the term doula when I was pregnant with my fourth but dismissed the option because it sounded like one more nurse in the room. Later, when I fully understood what a doula was, I really regretted not having one. After my personal birth experiences I decided that not only would I have a doula for baby five but I also wanted to be one, I wanted to help bring education, options, respect, rights, and validation to birthing women. And I didn’t want to stop there, with birth, I wanted to continue it into the postpartum phase and even before pregnancy and after postpartum; pretty much anytime someone needed the emotional, physical, and informational support that a doula could provide while they faced things that were new, hard, different, painful, and challenging. Doula all the things!! (We all need an in-laws doula, a car shopping doula, a potty training doula…amiright!?) I retired from a decade of running a successful preschool and started my doula adventure, training as a doula while hiring the trainer to be there as my doula for my 5th birth which I decided to do at home. The birth was absolutely amazing and it solidified my desires to do this work for others.

I am a certified birth doula through DONA and CAPPA, and bereavement and adoption doula through Stillbirthday, a certified Advanced Trained Doula through the MCU, and trained through CAPPA and MCU as a postpartum doula. I am a childbirth educator and doula mentor, amd labor doula trainer for CAPPA. I believe in providing highly professional and personalized services with no agenda. I SUPPORT, I do not STEER you toward decisions or methods. I work with all choices: epidural, unmedicated, induction, hospital, home, planned Cesarean, etc. I have experience with multiples, HG, high risk, PMADs, VBAC and VBA2C, fetal position, and more. I provide a full service package that includes birth photography and pampering for mom. I would love to meet with you today to explore your desires for doula support.
